The Role at a Glance

You will be the first line of defense for our clients, assisting them with everything from setting up their first website to troubleshooting complex hosting environments. This isn't just a "ticket-closing" job; it’s about helping businesses stay online and thrive.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written fluency in both English and Bangla. You can explain complex tech in simple terms.
• Technical Foundation: Solid understanding of Networking, Domain Management (DNS), Website structures, Email protocols (IMAP/POP3), SSL Certificates, and the Web Hosting ecosystem. Fast typing skills are appreciable.
• Tool Proficiency: Ability to quickly adapt to various support desks, CRM platforms, and server administration tools (e.g., cPanel, Windows Panel, WordPress).
• The "Google" Factor: A high level of curiosity and the ability to search for solutions independently. If you don't know the answer, you know how to find it.
• Speed & Accuracy: Fast and accurate typing skills to keep up with live chats and ticket queues.

Educational & Experience Requirements

• Education: Minimum Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering (CSE) from a reputed institute.
• Experience: 1 year in a technical support role is a plus, but not mandatory.
• Freshers: We value talent over tenure—strongly technical freshers are highly encouraged to apply!
