Key Responsibilities

• Customer Care: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat with professionalism and empathy.
• Problem Solving: Identify and resolve technical or billing issues related to hosting, domains, and cloud services.
• Technical Support: Provide basic guidance on Alpha Net’s products and services.
• Record Management: Maintain accurate logs of customer interactions using our internal ticketing system.
• Coordination: Work closely with the Billing and Technical teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.

What We Are Looking For

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Bengali.
• Voice & Tone: A clear, neutral, and professional speaking voice.
• Typing Speed: Minimum 30 WPM in Bangla and 50 WPM in English.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to quickly learn about web hosting and cloud technology.
• Flexibility: Willingness to work in rotational shifts (Day, Evening, or Night).

Educational Requirements

• Diploma or Graduation from any recognized institute.
• Freshers are highly encouraged to apply!
• Note: If you possess exceptional communication skills and technical aptitude, formal degree requirements may be relaxed.

Work Details

• Location: Alpha Net HQ, Yousuf Kazi Lane, Rahman Nagar, Bogura.
• Shifts:
  • Day: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
  • Evening: 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM
  • Night: 2:00 AM – 10:00 AM
• Leave: Weekly holiday + Government holidays.
