Job Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets.
• Lead and motivate the sales team to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with clients.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
• Prepare sales forecasts, performance reports, and budgets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize promotional activities and strategies.
• Maintain excellent client service standards and ensure customer satisfaction.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• An MBA will be considered an advantage.
• Any Technical Workshop Certificate will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in the relevant field (preferably in IT, Hosting, or Software Sales).
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.

Age Limit

• Minimum 30 years, maximum 40 years.
