Key Responsibilities

• Development: Develop, maintain, and optimize responsive, user-friendly websites.
• Theme Management: Customize and manage website themes to align with brand standards.
• Design Conversion: Convert design mockups (Photoshop/Illustrator) into high-quality, functional web pages.
• Compatibility: Ensure cross-browser compatibility and mobile responsiveness.
• SEO Implementation: Apply SEO best practices during the development phase.
• Collaboration: Collaborate with designers and backend developers to deliver seamless digital products.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Bootstrap, and jQuery.
• Design Tools: Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Core Principles: Deep understanding of web design principles and adaptive design.
• Attention to Detail: Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail.
• Content Management: Good typing speed and efficiency in managing website content.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply! If you have the skills and a strong portfolio, we want to see your potential.

Work Schedule (Rotational Shift)

• This role requires flexibility to support our global operations. Candidates must be willing to work in a roasting (rotational) duty schedule:
• Shift A: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Shift B: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
• Weekly Holiday: Friday (+ Government Holidays).
