Key Responsibilities

• Mobile Development: Build and deploy high-quality, responsive mobile applications for both iOS and Android using the Flutter framework.
• UI/UX Implementation: Translate Figma/Adobe XD designs into functional, high-performance UI components with smooth animations.
• API Integration: Integrate RESTful APIs and third-party services to ensure seamless data flow.
• Optimization: Maintain, debug, and optimize application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Collaboration: Work closely with backend developers and project managers to deliver robust mobile solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Framework: Strong expertise in Flutter and Dart.
• State Management: Experience with state management solutions like Provider, GetX, or Bloc.
• Core Skills: Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) and mobile app life cycles.
• Design Tools: Familiarity with Adobe Photoshop/Illustrator or Figma.
• Problem Solving: Excellent debugging and optimization skills.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in Computer Science & Engineering from a recognized institute.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply! If you have a strong portfolio or a collection of completed Flutter projects, we want to see your work.

Work Schedule (Rotational Shift)

• This role requires a roasting (rotational) duty schedule:
• Shift A: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM
• Shift B: 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM
• Weekly Holiday: Friday (+ Government Holidays).
