The SSL certificate renewal process is the same like making a new purchase. For renewing any SSL certificate firstly you need to purchase SSL certificate from our online store. You should remove the old certificate from your server and install the renewed certificate to keep your website protected.

After completing your payment, the SSL service will be delivered to your account automatically, log in to your Alpha Net client area and go to the My Service option, there you can find your SSL service in active status. You can generate the certificate by clicking on your SSL service.
If for some reason your SSL service is pending or not delivered, you can mail [email protected] from your registered email and mention your problem or you can open a ticket from My ticket option in the Alpha Net client area and inform us of your problem.
